Documentary Web Series.

Five short documentary films that look at issues affecting Latino communities around the country (our initial targets are Texas, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, and Nevada). The primary goal is to empower Latinos to promote participation in the upcoming election. I’m partnering with Mi Familia Vota, a national Latino advocacy organization, and together we are launching a documentary action fund for the project.

We really want to make an impact on the upcoming election and are confident we can do so with the right partners and resources. These films would launch, along with social media call-to-action pieces, in October, right before early voting begins, in order to drive Latino turnout at the polls. We’ve raised $44,000 so far but still need your help to finish the project. Mi Familia Vota and I are excited to make a difference this year and we hope you’ll join us.
